The problem
Good founders with working products still hear not yet.
It is rarely the business. Most founders have not been shown how investors evaluate a company: whether the story is clear in one line, whether the numbers hold up under questioning, and whether the documents are ready when asked for.
The cost is months of meetings, runway and momentum.
The solution
Learn how investors decide. Then prepare to that standard.
Term Sheet Ready shows founders how investors decide, then prepares their own material to that standard in four weeks.
- Week 1
The story
A one-line pitch, how much to raise, and what the money achieves.
- Week 2
The numbers
An 18–24 month plan that holds up under questioning, with separate pre-seed and seed tracks.
- Week 3
The pitch and documents
The deck, a 5-minute pitch, answers to hard questions, and an organised folder of every document investors request.
- Week 4
The raise
Which investors to approach and how, and what round terms mean for your ownership, with separate pre-seed and seed tracks. The week ends with a practice pitch to a mock investor panel.
The programme closes with an investor mixer where founders meet investors.
